At Hair Addiction, I value your time and appreciate your support. As an independent stylist, every appointment is important and reserved especially for you. To ensure fairness and maintain the highest level of service, please review the following policies. Cancellations and Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and may require prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your service may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. If rescheduling is necessary due to lateness, it will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same fee. Deposit Policy (Chemical Services Only): All chemical services (including color, highlights, balayage, perms, and smoothing treatments) require a non-refundable deposit of $50 at the time of booking unless otherwise noted upon booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable if the appointment is canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show up for your appointment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled by calling or texting 903-274-7571, or by using the online booking system at hairaddiction.glossgenius.com Exceptions: I understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances may arise. If you must cancel due to illness or an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will do my best to accommodate you.
